Peanut Butter Oat Square

Mix, melt, set and forget: it doesn't get much easier than this tasty treat. (Contributed by the THANC Foundation)

Dairy-free, no-salt, and packed with flavor, these sweet delights are sure to be a hit.


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsalted peanut butter

  • 1 cup honey

  • 3 cups old-fashioned oats

Instructions:


Mix peanut butter and honey in a large bowl. Melt in the microwave for 15-20 seconds.

  1. Stir in oats until well blended.

  2. Press mixture into a 9x9 baking pan.

  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight to set.

  4. Cut into equal squares and serve.
